Green Smoothies are really popular right now. And I get why. They are delicious! the great thing about it is that you can put anything you want in it. The ingredients I mostly use are: 2 bananas, 1 avocado, a handful of spinach, half a cup of strawberries or some other kind of fruit, 1.5 cup of water, pecan nuts and a tablespoon of peanutbutter or honey as a sweetener. This all sounds weird to put together, but when you taste it you’ll love it!
There are many other recipes you can find on the internet. You can go as crazy as you want with it. If you want to put more vegetables in it, why not? Are you more of a fruit persoon, put as many in it as you want. I’ll promise you, you’ll love it.
