Sometimes it can be very difficult to eat early in the morning. But we all know we should eat breakfast every day. It almost sounds like a cliché when people say: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We hear it all the time. But it really is. When you go to sleep your body and brain king of go on a fast. Breakfast is the fuel to wake up your body and brain after that fast. That’s what the name originates from: You break the fast.
We all know it’s important, but we still skip this step of the day sometimes. We don’t feel like eating a slice of bread because it’s too dry, we don’t eat because we aren’t hungry, or we wake up too late and simply don’t have the time to sit down and eat. And I sometimes feel like this too. But when I do, I go for a quick and easy option. That is what I wanted to share with you today.
Greek yoghurt with some honey, chia, muesli, and if you want you can add some kind of fruit (banana, berries). I think yoghurt is always a good option for if you don’t really feel like eating. It gives you a full feeling, and you can add whatever you like to make it tastier. This is what I did this morning:
